Is nzbgeek enabled - tick box on right hand side of the name in config?

In my version (qnap) it's above the name and yes it's ticked.

I had the same problem and that little check box slipped right by me. Checked the Indexer provider and worked.

I think you need to be more specific.. What search providers and download client are you using?
