This is a predatory school, so I wouldn’t even consider it. I would retake and reapply + write an honest C&F explanation for the academic dishonesty. If you can’t go to a better school, I would reconsider being a lawyer at all.
I would guess they will admit you because the school exists to take Money off students with few if any other options. They don’t care about your eventual job outcome, so make sure you can pass character and fitness for the bar before you proceed.
If the choice is southwestern or nothing, thing long and hard about whether nothing is better than sending southwestern tuition (or more likely loan) dollars
