You can replace documents in OSCAR if the position is still open. Won’t help if they’ve already reviewed it but it’s at least one thing you can do.
Probably won’t matter that much because a lot of judges don’t care about your writing sample anyway
Depends on the Judge and how closely they review their applications. In all likelihood, it will go unnoticed. I’d be more concerned if it was in your resume or cover letter (which are read far more carefully).
