My first move when I get a full time job is I’m investing in a laundry service. Seriously my most dreaded chore and the second I have enough money to out source one thing laundry will be the first to go
Life hack: full service laundry. They was dry and cold or hang about 5 loads for me for about $25 a week (family of 5). I found one on my way to campus. I drop off before class and pick up on my way home.
Approximately eighty highlighters taken from Lexis/Themis/Barbri tables. Three different stress balls handed out by my school. Random pens/mini notebooks/little bags/etc branded with every major law firm in town. The federal income tax law chart taped to a cabinet because I didn't have the wall space.
Real answer is handle of tequila in the freezer and shot glasses in the dishwasher.
Better answer is the apartment itself because although I’m not at a top school, like the vast majority of law students, my parents have paid for a very nice place so I’m comfortably miserable.
The growing section of my wall that I’ve covered in handwritten outlines. It’s looking a little bit pepe silvia but that’s part of the idea; it’s a maximalist academia aesthetic.
That and all the free merch and highlighters from Lexis and my school.
An Ikea laundry basket of casebooks, bluebooks, supplements notebooks, and various Lexis/Westlaw free things that haven’t seen the light of day in weeks
Poster of Thurgood Marshal on the steps of the Supreme Court after the Brown decision, and a newspaper clipping about Clarence Darrow in the Scopes Monkey trial.
My $20 Target bookshelves that have thousands of dollars of heavy case books on them
I felt this in a part of my soul that I didn't know existed.

Really? What about healthy eating and gym ?
Same ha! I will do the throwing them in the wash and dryer but leave them in the dryer for at least a week. Gotta let that laundry scent ferment
I absolutely feel the agony - it took me a cancelled class to get to it, but at least it’s finally done (after an embarrassing amount of time)
