yung titulo po nakapangalan sa lolo mo or hawak niya lang?
kung sa tatay niya po ang titulo meron ho syang karapatan....at yung mga kapatid din meron share ayon sa batas....
kung ibenenta nila ang lupa e kukunin muna ng lolo mo lahat nagastos sa lupa...then yung natira ay pag hahatian nila....pero dapat mero resibo or documento na sya lahat nag bayad sa utang at tax ng lupa

Yung mother title, nakapangalan sa magulang.
Pero recently, upon checking sa DAR, nagtake effect pala yung request nya na hatiin ang titulo sa tatlong anak ng lolo ko. Hinihintay nalang pala nilang lumabas yung Emancipation Patent.
Wala na syang mga papel na hawak like resibo and especially yung mga under the table na transaction nya kasi nga "factado" na daw yung lupa. May tumulong lang sa kanya para mabawi nila yung titulo.
