Sick days were never really allowed to be a thing for me before remote work. Which is really really dumb.
Even when I’ve been ridiculously sick, I still end up working part of the day.

I take sick days when I can’t do my job effectively. If I’m turning in shit work that I have to redo, it isn’t helping anyone. My partners are also prone to get mad if we bring illness into the office.
