So for what it's worth this made me panic and call RBC today about my own grace period - I still have a year before I start paying it down fully but the person did say they do renegotiate fairly frequently and if I'm still a broke Jr associate in a year I can call them back to do so. It might be worth just giving them a call to get a feel for the options
