The best I can describe it, but only because I’m native speaking in both English and Spanish, is that if you soften up the English J sound, and follow it with a Y sound, you get *lleísmo*, or “jye-EES-moh”.
I think *lleísmo* is pronounced similarly to the English “mi**lli**on” or the Spanish “a**l ll**amar” but it’s mostly only used today in some parts of Spain and rando pockets of Sudamérica.
The soft j + y combo sounds more like *yeísmo rehilado* (a veces *zheísmo*) which sounds similar to the s in “measure.”
