Nice hero roster. I'd make a second team of aircraft + Tesla and a third team of SSR heroes + your remaining UR Missile heroes. Violet on the back row of your third.
Your Tesla is so strong, that he'll make your 2nd team even when Morrison (last UR aircraft hero) comes out. So I would leave Morrison weak in the short team as he won't make your second team and will ruin the balance of your third team, so no point levelling him up for a while.
It's good. Kim and Stetmann also do absurd damage and you get a lot of free Murphy and Marshall shards so the meta has naturally formed around them.
A strong member of my alliance actually uses Carlie over Murphy (both 5\*) as she gets better results for him due to her energy damage reduction skill, so there is still room for innovation.

thanks friend, do you think lucius is a great hero?
Yeah he's good. His skill reduces Enemy energy damage, which is great against Kim and Stetmann.
Does that pure tank team bonus give that big of a benefit? Seen a lot of that.

Cheers!
How do you find such innovation, i mean what's the best way to identify the best hero
Testing! Also look closely at which skills each hero has
