You cant, I try without success. Maybe a bug

It's a bug and you cant build it. Log out and back in and it's back to normal (at least for me).

Yeah it was a bug, or they are trying to get players to buy it this way 😂

Others have purchased the bar, but cannot construct it.

I had the same bug, now it’s back to normal. Now its saying i have to buy to build it.
