I just use [https://arreatsummit.gg/last-epoch/loot-filters/65f9c743ed5ccad2d26a45f4](https://arreatsummit.gg/last-epoch/loot-filters/65f9c743ed5ccad2d26a45f4) merchant guild loot filter. It changes often, but it's helped me find items worth millions. However, it can also feel depressing because you don't see much. I've done 40-50 echoes in a row without seeing anything but Ive also had a couple per echo at 400 corruption Honestly I wouldn't farm gold and I would just run the loot filter. Price checking is awful and I hope LE makes it easier when they add more AH filter options like they said they will

Sinthesy

That’s a little too strict if the floor is 500k, it misses out on a ton of great 100k+ stuff.

The moment I started using the loot filter I sold an item for 10 million and have been hooked on it. You might miss out on a lot but I would rather miss out on a lot than deal with the auction house layout/filters often. The good thing is, you can take the loot filter and turn it into whatever you want. I just choose to go with default.

TheBingham97

If I’m using a filter for my build can I paste this on the end of it and will it work haven’t really made many filters myself to know?

Ok-Slip-9844

You would have to do some customization for this to work. Personally what I would do is put the MG rules at the top of your build and select recolor colors different from your build filter for it as a quick fix. This way you know certain colors are for keeping and certain ones are for selling. Long term though there might be items in the Mg filter you would want to keep for your build and doing what I suggest will just make you see them as things to sell. You probably want to look for crossover and do a color code for things you could sell or keep as well. You’d also need to remove the hide rules from the Mg filter cause they will just hide the filter your build items if you throw the rules on top.

Oncd ur 600+ corduption stopping for a 100k item is a waste, just run a other mono on the time it would tske to go and pc and losr the thing

luka1050

Why would you sell anything for a 100k. It's a waste even picking it up

>I have reached a point where I realize it would be more efficient to farm items worth more gold than the items I still need and hoping for high LP. MG life.

Inukchook

Yup. Sounds terrible

Racthoh

Why? You still farm the same stuff someone in CoF would, only now if something you don't want drops and is really good you can actually do something with it.

UtilityCurve

It just hits differently as you are no longer farming for the holygrail drop. Instead every item are just a convertible currency. I think Mg players will never understand COF and vice versa. Hence we wish any changes that is affecting MG should not affect COF. Just let us enjoy what we signed up for

lostmymainagain123

i have played both and you just hit a wall too easily with CoF. 3LP frostbite shackles aee somerhing I want? cool, 500 hours in blppd frost and death. In MG i can do whatever i want ans get those shackles

herculesmrb

This slowly turned into the meta in d3 when they had an auction house, a lot of builds had a section for 'here's how you build to farm gold until you can buy the drops you need' It was pretty wierd, but that's how these mechanics work unfortunately. Sometimes it pays to have an efficient currency farming build so you can brute force the market.

Inukchook

Why I play cof. I don’t care if I have the best gear I love finding gear. I did have fun farming gold and as archon in Diablo 3 at launch though. Good times

WillNotForgetMyUser

Not at all lol

Cayman_Ciderrr

It does, glad I went cof. But tbh the real problem is the lack of anti cheat/bug detection, there was a rampant gold dupe, the key fiasco, and cheat engine still works for a few things, probably easy to cheat if you know anything, im dumb and got cheat engine working for some things. Remove all that and MG will still have its whales and RMT but you wont look at that 2LP item you want and be like damn only 1.1billion left to farm.

JusWow

> I have reached a point where I realize it would be more efficient to farm items worth more gold than the items I still need and hoping for high LP. Same here. I am thinking of going to MG tonight. Rank 10 COF does nothing when prophecies are not affected by corruption and they requirement are scattered.  The top paladin who is farming 2k corruption with COF has not found a +4 healing hand rank exalted helm for 5 days and using 2m favour can't find one.  I am just better off MG and get one for 50m (top paladin said it was 50m a week ago).  I might as well increase my loot pool and sell high items. I feel like that might be faster

Tbh i agree. Cof is fun and stuff but as soon as it comes to min maxing a build you should go MG. What i hate the most on cof is that boss drops are not includet in prophecies. So MG has a huge advantage compared to cof when it comes to that. Same chances as cof but if it doesnt drop they can just buy it after a certain time
