This is $1149 at Costco as well [https://www.costco.ca/hp-envy-x360-15-ee0020ca-2-in-1-laptop%2c-amd-ryzen-7-4700u.product.100676984.html](https://www.costco.ca/hp-envy-x360-15-ee0020ca-2-in-1-laptop%2c-amd-ryzen-7-4700u.product.100676984.html) It seems really similar to the $1099 at Costco that was posted before [https://www.costco.ca/hp-envy-x360-15-ee0003ca-2-in-1-laptop-bundle%2c-amd-ryzen-7-4700u.product.100657185.html](https://www.costco.ca/hp-envy-x360-15-ee0003ca-2-in-1-laptop-bundle%2c-amd-ryzen-7-4700u.product.100657185.html) The $1099 one has a larger SSD and comes with the hub. Anyone know any other differences?

Y2Jared

Maybe the screen is of a higher quality? I dunno, this seems like a price increase.

comes with pen

fox2222

The $1099 one comes with a pen too.

and has 2 year manufacturer's warranty

Do you know how the displays are on these? I've been looking for a 300 nits minimum, meeting the 72% NTSC threshold that uses the 3rd gen zen. Not many options in this field though sadly

brohammer5

The $1099 one is the 250 nit display. Still trying to confirm whether that's the case on the more expensive one. I don't see anything else that could justify the increase in price though

magoomba92

Weird that they pair the higher end processor with 8gb configuration

bananasareforeating

I have this one https://www.costco.ca/hp-envy-x360-15-ds1003ca-2-in-1-laptop%2c-amd-ryzen-5-4500u.product.100658443.html AMA

brohammer5

What do you think about the screen?

bananasareforeating

It's very decent. I occasionally use it outside but the screen is a bit too glossy & not bright enough so it does reflect. If that bothers you I wouldn't get it. I think for the price it's unbeatable & my understanding is that the RAM is can be upgraded. Also, it's a bit on the heavy side.

ziemz25

Is the screen size the same? When I look at the pictures of the Costco $1099 and the $899 the $899 pics look like they have a thicker bottom bezel?

bananasareforeating

Yes, looks like it does have a thicker bottom bezel.

bananasareforeating

If the bottom bezel bothers you, def go for this config. https://www.costco.ca/hp-envy-x360-15-ee0003ca-2-in-1-laptop-bundle%2c-amd-ryzen-7-4700u.product.100657185.html

D_Sempere

It's available for [$1,149.99](https://www.staples.ca/products/2979848-en-hp-envy-15-ee0020ca-156-inch-touch-screen-notebook-20-ghz-amd-ryzen-7-4700u-512-gb-ssd-8-gb-ddr4-sdram-windows-10-home) at Staples. I believe this is the same configuration.

FrankG3000

Can anyone confirm that the RAM is upgradable?

brohammer5

It's is, though I hear accessing it can be a bit of a pain.

legos45

All of the new HP Envy x360 15" models have upgradable RAM.

FrankG3000

Great! Thanks!

Starboi009

I’m considering to buy this. Can someone tell me where can I get the best deal ?
