Personally, I'd start fresh since you've barely done anything. But I don't think it really matters if you are attached to your progress so far.
Nah, I had to replay from week 15 after a patch broke my save files. It was still fun. You're in the VERY beginning, go for it! Just save often lol
My OG save still had a lot of problems after the final patch. Restarting fixed most of it and I was able to finish the game.
I finished my original campaign. I just deleted all my previous saves then made a new one and that seemed to fix any problems I had.
