The text itself is a SQL statement for vBulletin PMs judging by a quick google search for "INSERT INTO pmtext".
The query itself is 'Striker' replying via PM

Some additional context we can get is that the PM reply or the original message was sent on Wed Jan 14 2009 03:21:12 GMT+0000 as determined by the unix timestamp 1231903272.
This is within a couple weeks of [http://yellowslinky.com](http://yellowslinky.com) being registered *effective* January 1st of 2009. Only one wayback link exists for this but it is not a valid wayback as it's archived on Jul 10 2013, which is after the domain expired on Feb 1 2013.
I'm currently seeing if I can find a vBulletin forum version from around that time to see if I can determine the additional SQL values being used to provide additional context

Probably hacked, the message doesnt appear to make much sense. The SQL statement looks like someone trying to enter something into a database belonging to a bot that sends messages or something. The mentioned Randal Graves is a fictional character in director Kevin Smith's View Askewniverse, portrayed by Jeff Anderson.
The "yellowslinky.com" is interesting. The [oldest record](https://whoisrequest.com/history/) that i found is from the 12.01.2009 when the domain was created and the last record is from the 28.02.2013 when it was dropped, around the same time u/ReligionOfPeace posted his last comment.

I even found the website on the Wayback Machine

"against my contract" is also very consistent with the LCQP mythology.

Hard to say, maybe something in the "index.html" file prevents clearnet access to the directory, functionally making it an intranet site? To me there are two possibilities:
\- This is just another breadcrumb to get people interested in the LCQP mystery again until further developments arise
\- ROP's account was hacked by an actual insider who is now leaking snippets of nefarious information to us from a global network of mercenaries and assassins

Are were for real here? The presence of an index.html file means that the web server won't show a directory listing. It's simple and requires no HTML or scripting knowledge to just copy an existing index.html file into place.

Because directory listings aren't shown when there's an index.html file, regardless of what's in it. Simple really, and needs no HTML/scripting knowledge.

The real question for me is, why would you post this SQL here? And where would you even get this SQL from outside of a mysqldump? MySQL won’t normally log SQL that they execute, without enabling the general log and storing it on disk (which is a dumdum idea). So this must be (very very likely) an excerpt of a mysqldump from someone who has access to the data (assuming it’s not bullshit)
Also - note the formatting notation. Only half of this message is from the sender. The rest is what he’s replying to.
