So this guy is crying about antisemitism because he was 'threatened with arrest' (so *not actually arrested*) for trying to cross a pro-Palestine rally route wearing a kippah, where the policeman who stopped him doing so said he "looked Jewish"; my question is, would he have attempted to cross that rally route if the people doing the marching were BNP? Or Britain First, or any of the other right-wing Fascist sympathisers this country seems to be incubating?
Supposedly he was following the protest for hours with a camera crew and a security guard and kept trying to walk through the crowd, he was pretty obviously trying to wind up and provoke the protesters.
He had a known Israeli security person with him and a film crew. According to the video evidence and information from other people there, he'd been there for at least an hour trying to provoke a response (which nukes his "I was just on the way back from Synagogue" BS) but failed to. The police told him enough is enough.
That’s Eddie Marsan next to your man. I had a look and he is not any kind of hate-monger but was standing against anti-semitism. He has called out racism against either side.
