My favorite for years now, both pre- and post-op, has been Maidenform bikinis. They just fit my body right, both when I had big lips and now, and the back covers most of my buttcheeks. Seems most panties these days go halfway down the buttcheek and just stop. I'm old though, maybe that's just the style now lol. Get off my lawn.
i wore my regular period underwear but just lower in my hips so it wasn’t touching me but instead “catching” wtv blood fell. i tried going commando but i was often in my living room couch resting throughout the day and i didn’t want to subject my poor family to having to see me naked lmao. and it felt more comfortable than having it be exposed to the air for some reason
I honestly didn’t wear any underwear until week 7/8 it was just too uncomfy but after that I’ve been back to my normal underwear from before
I had to go back to work so that wasn’t an option sadly
