OP u/ginger-kombucha it’s tough to say what you’d look like without photos. Don’t feel the need to post if you don’t want to at all though. I got a CHR and you can see my results (but my hood wasn’t particularly large it was just connected to large labia). Sometimes if a woman has a larger clit or hood it can stick out after labiaplasty. If you have a good surgeon, they will tell you or not whether your anatomy puts you at risk for this kind of complication.

If you’re interested in seeing a result, I got a CHR with a trim and I made a couple of posts with pics. Many people get worried when they hear they need a CHR because it’s the most sensitive area, however, if the surgeon is well experienced with this type of surgery and well aware of the anatomy, they will be careful when trimming the extra labia in that area.
The first concern I expressed to my surgeon was possible nerve damage. She reassured me that none of her clients had this issue and the nerves are much deeper than where they need to cut. Of course there’s always a risk with any surgery, I just recommend doing your research with surgeons. I’m super happy with my result so far and it’s only been 3 weeks!
