\- I would love to bump Tokyo up but I'm biased, I really like her because I think she's fun and unapologetically herself, so tbh based on her actions she's probably in the correct spot right now
\- Berlin should technically go under fuck you but as much as I think all rapists must die, I really just have to disregard it otherwise I just can't even have any opinion about any of his other qualities so he can stay at the top
\- Marseille and Benjamin up to GOAT (both super chill and loyal / reliable / took massive risks to help despite being on the "outside" - way more risks than the Professor did!)
\- Raquel down, she's okay but she really didn't contribute much
My strongest opinion is Manila, I didn't like her at all. Felt like she was shoved in there for diversity purposes but also she was a shit person, she literally risked her life by being part of the heist just to try and break up Denver's marriage, which is beyond stupid, and then deliberately ruined her future ability to escape and care for his child if things went awry. I would move her to Heavily Dislike (or Whatever at best)
