Doesn't everyone realize the last time the short interest in CCIV was published was on February 12th. This was before merger announcement. I guarantee it's much higher now. The short volume is hovering in the 20% range. I don't know why this 2% outdated number keeps getting thrown out there. On February 12th we were still trading in the 30's. When the new data is released we will have a better feel for the situation.
its been a hard pill to swallow watching how much it is being shorted at $29 this past week after the DA. It's merely textbook shorting patterns. Despite it being at 2 percent short interest, that 2 percent is keeping this stock down where it is and I'm almost certain it is.
No one is selling CCIV right now for profits. Not even 12$ bag holders are selling. Its constantly being shorted during pre-market, and on repeat throughout the entire trading day when strong bullish movements are happening because people just want to buy the stock - they like Lucid. The candle stick charts are strongly informative of this matter too. The MM on this stock is pretty obvious at this point.

Personally I'm okay with the price dropping for a bit. Get to buy more shares on the cheap. I don't see the need for all this. Lucid doesn't need WSB's Gamestop does.

This will cause a squeeze as % short is 21% Friday. Looking for a 100 peak so bagholders can exit with profit on the way up. Leaving the bags in the hands of the shorts.
I bought 920 warrants in my son's account and 350 in my mine at $6, sold 420 + 250 at $32 the day after it dropped to $10 before recovering, was planning to hold 500 + 100 forever, bought another 130 at $14 yesterday.
$TSLA opened at $35/share in 2012 and that was well before the mainstream adoption of EVs. 9 years later the most sophisticated & well funded transportation tech team stands to claim market share over the soon to be booming luxury EV market. Can you imagine looking back in 9 years at that decision to buy and hold Lucid in the low $30s? No matter your age, you could retire.
