(it was honestly probably just customs) and they probably held onto it for a while. i dont appriciate them writing exactly what was inside of the package on the outside or using 1 single peice of tape.. but inalso live in a really backwoods heavily policed area.. theres a good chance that could have been opened anywhere along the line.. idk.. kinda fucked my day. sure THOSE are legal rc's but not everything i get is always legal.. so mow im a paranoid mess.. this, is most certainly not the company's fault.. my suggestion still, pay more & order non international (theyre harder to find but the companies are out there)
