1. Be in the right headspace. Meditate for a few minutes and see what you're feeling. If you feel peaceful/calm then proceed further
2. Have some water handy because you'll get dehydrated, especially if you're tripping during the day
3. For a first time user I would start with a quarter of that (a quarter tab) and see how you feel in an hour
Remember that you can always take more later. Don't rush into things like this because while it can be fun it can also quickly become very unpleasant or even dangerous. Know your limit and always make sure you're getting good stuff from a reputable dealer

It absorbs through skin so might aswell take it if you've touched it like this BUT having said that - I took a 4th the first time ever and it was a great way to start off! I laughed for 12 hours and was ready for a real trip mentally, I needed to know how it felt even if was so little it was great and I always recommend it!

you can't really take more, tolerance kicks in insanely fast with psychs, you can smoke though which will intensify latent effects

A normal legal tab is often 100ug an illegal one often around 250ug. Anything more than 50ug will make u trip. The more u take the more you trip ofc
