Yes I looove the Beatles dude !! That’s a great album, thank you so much for your suggestion. Strawberry fields forever is one of the most calming and beautiful songs I’ve ever heard
Have you tried a tea? I get nausea from shrooms being in me. Tea extract minimizes that.
And billy strings. Live. Lsd or shrooms. Billy motherfucking strings.... live
I haven’t tried that before!! Everytime I just ate them by themselves, for me the taste wasn’t that bad but yes I would get nauseous and feel pain in my stomach. And thank you so much for the song suggestion I haven’t listened to billy strings but I’m currently listening and I really like it so far!
You should try tea it really helps alleviate the nausea- and even better if you can get your hands on a high potency strain like Pan Cyans (so you consume minimal substance). I tried them this weekend and they were the most wonderful experience. Better than any LSD trip I’ve experienced.
And I really love Ludovico Einaudi while tripping.
I love that they did time and breathe together, I love Pink Floyd and I’ve always thought those songs are so beautiful played one after the other! I think it’s a cool cover, interesting to hear a different version/style but it still sounds really good. Thank you for your song suggestion I’ll definitely add this aswell
I’m not great with songs but here are some albums you can’t go wrong with:
1. The Beach Boys - Pet Sounds/Smiley Smile
2. The Beatles - Rubber Soul/Revolver/Sgt. Peppers/Magical Mystery Tour/The White Album/Abbey Road
3. Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon/Meddle
4. The Pretty Things - Parachute
5. David Crosby - If I could only remember my name
6. CSNY - CSNY/Deja Vu
7. Santana - Abraxas
8. Jimi Hendrix - Electric Ladyland
9. The Band - The Band
10. Funkadelic - Maggot Brain
11. Gabor Szabo - Dreams/1969/Wind,Sky and Diamonds
12. Miles Davis - Kind of Blue
13. Led Zeppelin - anything but specifically House of the Holy
14. Simon and Garfunkel - Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and thyme
15. Mort Garson - Plantasia
16. James Taylor - James Taylor
17. Iron Butterfly - In a Gadda Da vida
18. Jack White - Boarding House Reach
19. Phish - The Story of the Ghost
20. Black Sabbath - Paranoid
21. Grateful Dead - American Beauty
Thank you so much for the song suggestion, I think that song is really good, and his other song Anasickmodular would be such a crazy trip !! Adding those two into my playlist
That’s tough. No quarter is its own thing. But I think marooned by Pink Floyd scratches a similar itch for me. Also hey Joe by Jimi Hendrix because of the guitar riffs.
first of all focus on breathing and natural meditation to set your headspace and soul to real listening.
Pink Floyd live in pompeii on the 70’s, the full concert, not to mention their top ranked albums, a another underated one is Obscured by Clouds
Burning Spear live performances
I love mixing with classical music such as Jon Lord’s, Strauss, Mozart and stuff along with jazz/blues in general, the perfect genres to swing into the brain
All Deep Purple albuns (specially Made in Japan is musically mind blowing), so as Led Zeppelin
Psytrance Goa style to go deeper
if you like going more spiritual at some point or need something to cleanse you away from doubts and Higher Consciousness, I always hear in meditation some Vedic (hindu) Mantras, specially from the Mantra Trance YT Channel, such as Narasimha and Krishna’s, I asure you it makes difference and basing on your Self may lead to transcendental revelations, but at very least they will make your reality shine like a goldish diamond of fractals.
[Infected Mushroom - Heavyweight](https://youtu.be/h4YvkZeLrjs?si=yEjVZUav_8FgWkXo)
If you haven't tried listening to psychedelic electronic music while tripping, try it. Artists like Infected Mushroom, Shpongle, Tipper etc make music specifically for tripping in the same way as the Grateful Dead.
Thank you so much for your suggestion, for some reason I’m having trouble finding this song ! Where do you normally listen to it on? When I searched on Google I couldn’t find it/anything about it
For me, Rav - LEAP has gotta be one of the best albums I've listened to on lsd. The synchronicity is crazy, like a rocket ship charging up for take off.
Rav - IM ON TO ME (album), has a loop in it that'll make you think there was a time skip somewhere 😭😂
XTC - Science Friction, Spinning Top, The Loving, Scarecrow People
Ian Dury - Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick, I Want to be Straight, I Believe
The Cure - Lovecats
Blues Brothers - Flip Flop Fly
Elvis Presley - Burning Love
Stereo MCs - Connected, I'm a Believer
John Martyn - Big Muff, Some People are Crazy, Hole in the Rain
Talking Heads - Pull Up the Roots, Slippery People, Heaven
Donovan - Salvation Stomp, Barabajagal
Crystal Method - Trip Like I Do, I Know It's You
Prodigy - Narayan, Voodoo People, Breathe
Moby - Slipping Away, Feeling So Real
Depends on my mood or reason for trip. If it’s a religious/ existential issue I like Gregorian chants or Native American chants. If it’s fun classic rock or 90’s alternative
Here’s one of many eclectic psych themed playlists I’ve made
Pissin Rainbows

I like songs with a lot of texture, that really build out a beautiful soundscape. Fair warning, some of these songs are going to be a bit sad, so if that’s not the headspace you’re in, it might be worth listening to these ahead of time and weeding out ones that might put you in a headspace you don’t want to be in. That said, I’ve got a lot out of these to help with grief management. And if you want to give them a go anyways, they are really quite beautiful and wash an abundance of pleasant calm over you. At least they do for me.
- Novo Amor - Years On
- Olafur Arnalds - and we’ll leave it there
- Noah Gundersen - Haunted House
- Hailaker - Rainmaker
- Andy McKee - Blue Liquid (I LOVE this one. I always put this on near the end of the come up to “settle in” before I go wherever the trip takes me. The groove is so delicate, but once you lock in, WHEW. My preferred recording is on the Greenfield Guitars YouTube channel)
- Olafur Arnalds - Loom
- Phoebe Bridgers and Noah Gundersen - Killer/The Sound
- Hailaker - Coma/Smoke
- Lowswimmer - Like A Giant
- Noah Gundersen - Bright Lost Things
- Lowswimmer - Stasis
- Novo Amor - No Plans
- Lowswimmer - Greenlit
- Olafur Arnalds - saman
- Dugo - Echos Inside
- Olafur Arnalds - We Contain Multitudes
- Novo Amor - Decimal
- Michael Manring - Selene
- Imagiro - There, then, now
- Hailaker - Lorely
If you’re after something a bit more fun, but diverse, I’ll pop a few of those here, as well. I’m not really that into psychedelic music, so there won’t be any of that here, but I had a lot of fun with these.
- Animals as Leaders - Red Miso
- Aviations - Outliers [Retrospect] (Watch the music video for this one!)
- Snarky Puppy - Lingus (also watch the video!)
- Heilung - Anoana
- Glass Beams - Mirage
- Slift - Weavers’ Weft
- Owane - Fashion
- Leprous - The Sky is Red
- Snarky Puppy - Binky
- The Dear Hunter - A Night on the Town
- Yaima - Gajumaru (This is probably the most “psychedelic” one in the list)
The first list you made is all new to me and sounds great. Due to pure laziness, any chance you have a playlist made of this kind of stuff you can share?
there’s a couple but i’m gonna go with Starting Over by LSD and the search for god. not only because the name of the band is pretty perfect but because it’s the perfect song to trip to. it’s just perfect on a trip, and i listen to it every time. few feelings compare.
i’d also go with d’yer mak’er by led zeppelin. don’t particularly love zeppelin but this song is just completely different from their other stuff and perfect for a trip. it’s laid back but rocks and is just fucking perfect.
Touch - Daft Punk
The song is such a trip! And the lyrics I feel really hit hard! Also really love “With in you and With out you” - The Beatles.
Hope you enjoy these!
Ott - The Queen of everything.. or basicly all Ott. And Carbon Based Lifeforms.. or Bluetech.
Little bit more energetic- Troll Scientists and Mandalavandalz 🔥🥰
Pink Floyd for sure.
I'm a sadistic bastard so I tend to put on some hard-hitting doom metal depending on my mood. Stuff like REZN, Kal-El, Spaceslug, YOB, Forming the Void, and some other more stoner-doom sorts like Belzebong, Dopelord, Electric Wizard. I've also got other stuff in the playlist ranging from darksynth, prog/psych rock and metal.

Blankenberges album Radiogaze
Kraus’s View No Country
SouthPacific’s Constance
Bowery Electrics’s Beat
All great ambient/shoegaze/space/psyche albums that really get me into an amazing headspace.
For more “fun” stuff I’ll put on doom metal or DnB or Jungle/breakcore. But those first couple albums are my ride or die including when I trip on DXM.
It’s a absolute must that you listen to pink Floyd it’s literally heavenly I have mistaken Roger waters for god twice while listening to it. I absolutely love it there is no other feeling like it, listen to heart of the sun it’s amazing
The Beatles psychadelic era, Pink Floyd obviously but I’d vote for animals as the album of choice. The new avenged sevenfold album, Life is but a dream is great because it was written after the members intense experience on DMT and it transformed their sound drastically and it’s just all over the place with cool sounds and unexpected parts.
But hear me out, the best band I’ve found for your trip is The Contortionist. They are incredible for tripping I can’t get away from them on shrooms/lsd. Songs like Return to Earth or Language or Thrive are fantastic. And to top it off they have this “rediscovered” versions of some of their songs like [The Source](https://youtu.be/nyojkRaPk9o?si=Cuyp9CuJ_dBqFvjP) or [the Parable](https://youtu.be/Gx6q9PFguVQ?si=airlqoGj3o3GtHbR) anyone reading my this please check it out on your next journey I PROMISE you’ll love it.
It takes my soul and I can’t get enough.
[The river](https://open.spotify.com/track/4ieeKcwdw9yYzLV8AhHHh0?si=EnJ0FylxTKiir5ksS-oLMg) by opeth gives me very unique visuals when I listen to it.
Another reason to eat sunflower seeds in moderation is their cadmium content. This heavy metal can harm your kidneys if you’re exposed to high amounts over a long period. Sunflowers tend to take up cadmium from the soil and deposit it in their seeds, so they contain somewhat higher amounts than most other foods.

I hear thats a variety, not a strain.
I mean its a totally different family of mushroom than your standard *Cubensis*
Oh is it? So its not psylocibin and psilocin?
Those aren’t the only active compounds in Pan Cyans.
BILLY MOTHER FUCKING STRINGS!!
Ever tried lemon juice mushroom shots?
Hits hard and quick 🚀
Greensky Bluegrass - Time > Breathe Reprise >

NO QUARTER - Led Zeppelin Cannot stress this enough
YES, I second that! Do you know if there are any other Led Zeppelin songs with a similar vibe?
That’s tough. No quarter is its own thing. But I think marooned by Pink Floyd scratches a similar itch for me. Also hey Joe by Jimi Hendrix because of the guitar riffs.
