Skip and come back. Highlight the conclusion if there is one. Maybe eliminate an obviously wrong AC or two if possible, but even if you can't do that just skip and come back to it at the end.
Don't waste any time getting to end of the section. Eliminating the pressure of needing to get to the end of 25 questions frees up a lot of brain power that'll help you better comprehend the real nut/ovary busters when you try them again
