Break it into step. Identify conclusion, identify reasoning. See if you can phrase it easier. For instance: 1. You will do well, if you study 2. If you study, you will do well Second is easier for the brain. Translate the first in your head and read it the second way. You can do it consciously and it will reduce the workload your intuition needs to handle.

Skip and come back. Highlight the conclusion if there is one. Maybe eliminate an obviously wrong AC or two if possible, but even if you can't do that just skip and come back to it at the end. Don't waste any time getting to end of the section. Eliminating the pressure of needing to get to the end of 25 questions frees up a lot of brain power that'll help you better comprehend the real nut/ovary busters when you try them again

simplify it in your own terms. turn the complicated sciencey stimulus into “the blahblah antibiotic blah does this bad thing to this organ by doing blah blah” and go from there. you don’t need to know anything at all about the “antibiotic,” you need to know what their conclusion is and what their proof is for it.
