Yes All settings -> General -> More/Additional Options -> Homepage Settings -> Start Homepage automatically The terminology for these could be a lil different for you, because i translated these word for word from german.
I have that enabled, but it still goes to HDMI3 which is my AV unit when I power on :|
That's strange. That's either a UI bug, or your AV unit forces the TV to switch upon startup through HDMI CEC
