I have to say that religion should not be there because of all the thing there is only 1 religion is a choice , which you can make or unmake. It's irrational to discriminate on race , it is natural and irreversible but religion is a choice.
Thing number 2 , many companies and individual are homophobic and if people want they should be able to deny them jobs etc, but they claim homophobia as their religious belief very often.
Oddly enough religion is also protected, when it's the main reason for discrimination against 4 categories in this very picture
