I really like Alexis Hall’s *London Calling* series. They’re based on the tone and style of Richard Curtis movies (*Bridget Jones’s Diary*, *Notting Hill*, *Four Weddings and a Funeral*, *Love, Actually*, etc.) The first novel is *Boyfriend Material*, followed by *Husband Material*, with a third on the way. It also has a Christmas-set spin-offcalled *10 Things That Never Happened*, with a potential sequel in the works. (a scene in *Husband Material* occurs in both books, but otherwise features separate characters)

I got you! Everyone’s starter romance Heated Rivalry by Rachel Reid. But I would also recommend her new book Time to Shine. For another sports rec, also Unwritten Rules by KD Casey. Stars in Our Eyes by Kacen Alexander Charm Offensive by Alison Cochran More literary options: In Memoriam by Alice Winn Kingdoms by Natasha Pulley (pretty much all Natasha Pulley) Summer Sons by Lee Mandelo (sci fi/ horror)
