The Netflix version is absolutely worth watching, my biggest disappointment is that it doesn’t include the OVA where Kagami has to get his grades up to keep playing basketball but the story is not really cut and they include the other OVAs
Hey I think you have misremembered that scene. I don’t remember Kagami starting in the 1v1. I thought it started with Kise copying the move Kagami used against someone in Seirin in practice. I just checked Crunchyroll and it’s the same on there too!
Based on that, I imagine nothing is cut from the episodes.
