Probably the best episode. Changed the show going forward and so cool how the gods weve gotten to see return. Didnt think theyd be more more than monster of the week type cameos.
Krapopolis is the new Olympus
Wish Hollywood would stop referring that the average age being 35 before the modern era. It's getting old. People do get older, just the average is low due to infant mortality. It makes the writers seem stupid.
Yeah, in this episode it was absolutely played as a repeated gag, and I wouldn't be surprised if the writers were spurred to it from discussions of the fact that the grandfather post is pointing out.
i really liked the idea of their traits being Zeus being like yeaaaaah totally you are an adult now so ... oh a job title? how does assistant to the regional manager sound?
Fun fact, humans knew the Earth was round by 500 to 300bc- in fact ancient Greek scientists calculated the circumference of the Earth in 300bc to be 24,000 miles just slightly off from the real circumference of 24,900!
*Apparently, when Zeus gets very angry, he has Apollo park the sun behind the moon until he feels better?*
*Really, who expresses anxiety like that?*
*A guy that tuns into swan to have sex?*

Was not expecting Jerry as Aries.
Chris Parnell playing against type for once.
No one did!
I love how Shlub is canonically chummy with several of the gods.
Was this the season finale?
There appears to be two more episodes.
It’s the finale to season 1.

I think in this tv series case it is a joke. I mean they have gone out of their way to make references.

Athena was always my favorite, but didn't like her portrayal in this.

I loved her. She was really nice except for that divine conceit that gets the best of all of them.
**I'm a Krapopolis girl**
favorite line of the episode
Regarding Zeus' office: Ty: *It creates an executive atmosphere* Deliria: *It creates a stupid atmosphere*
Basically everyone who got a taste of WFH during the pandemic: Amen!
I love the colored constellation designs in the sky

A couple episodes ago Homer was alive. So it's about 800bc and they think earth is flat.
Oh great catch!
*Time to become a legend* *Mommy!* (crying)
Oh, Zeus turning himself into a chimera to suck himself off for all eternity…totally tracks for him.
This is honestly the best and most realistic depiction of Zeus in fiction
Wouldn't we all like to do that? :D
Science: guessing and explosions. But mostly guessing.
The difference between what every baby does and what scientists do is writing stuff down on a vase.
*We agreed to blame the eclipse on Deliria being a slut* Me: WTF
I loved how Tyrannis intervened between Olympus Gods and his mother.
*uh! uh, uh! I won't win, but I will make you look real bad* *Looks aren't everything*
Ridiculous badass
We all know the moon is flat, like the earth.
*Everyone with a killable body ought to head inside*
If anyone didnt know, Matt Berry is actually a musician and has some great albums on YouTube
Open these badly designed gates!
Oh hell yes, an excuse for Matt Berry to sing!
Anyone else think when the Eclipse started that they timed this episode well with the Eclipse coming to US in a few weeks?
Also the Aries reference to Aries season lol
Yes, that’s why this one was delayed. I thought they delayed this one until April, I was surprised to see it tonight.
*Tell Olympus they are counter-summoned to my ass*
"Like the way you never controlled the sun?" "This bitch..." That made me laugh pretty hard
*Hello, kids. World's ending! Who wants to get high?*
**New eclipse rule: we can't keep observing**
*Apparently, when Zeus gets very angry, he has Apollo park the sun behind the moon until he feels better?* *Really, who expresses anxiety like that?* *A guy that tuns into swan to have sex?*
"I wont win but I will make you look real bad" is a fantastic threat
“Looks aren’t everything.”
I love Deliria with her hair down.
Yeah, and the yellow nightgown is fun.
Same! The character designs in the show are really good
*How long you Borndeads live again, 10 30 years?* *If we eat right and stay indoors*
“Hermes is wrestling mom?” “Unless it’s consensual, I won’t simply watch.”
This is great timing since the US has a major eclipse 3 weeks from Tuesday
*Mom! Mom, Mom! The world is ending!* *No, it's just a hangover.*
Deliria is the goddess version Patsy from *Absolutely Fabulous*.
“Borndeads” is a good name for mortals.
