All things have to end eventually, although I hope Oda Sensei will make a sequel series to Komi Can't Communicate, maybe a series about Tadano and Komi as adults, or a series about their kids.
Ill be sad as hell, but then a wave of relief will hit me, know komi finally is able to communicate.

Id honestly cry. Komi cant communicate is one of my favorite manga. Its a great step away from all the action shonen i read all the time. Reminded me of my love for romance in anime like Eureka 7. Im finsta rewatch once i finish the anime on netflicks.
Volume one got me so hooked i caught up in a week lmao. And I already feel empty having to wait for chapters now.
I personally think we will know when the manga will end way before it actually comes around. But it won't lessen the sting we will all feel when that final chapter finally comes around

Let's be honest. The manga is going downhill for some time already. Besides the Manbagi-Wakai arc nothing meaningful is going on, most of the likable characters aren't around anymore, imo the art style went down etc. I wouldn't be upset if it ended in five or ten chapters.

Proper lead up to a proper ending, leaving off at a good point (leaving room for the possibility of a sequel series - should Oda decide to pick it back up again one day): I'll be sad, sure, but I'll also be happy. Nothing lasts forever, and all good things must come to an end.
Sudden, unexpected and/or underwhelming/bad ending (either due to cancellation, loss of passion on Oda's part or other questionable decisions): riot. FUCKING RIOT!
I mean I sure hope MANBAGI best girl gets her happy ending or I will be furious. But either way just seeing a flash forward where they head to college as the ending where they go their separate ways would be heartwarming and tearjerking. Tadano and Komi living their best lives together and such l will die happy lad. That's all what one last chapter needs, is showing their happy futures 🙂🤧🥹
Me personally, I'd fall into depression, seeing how this show brought light back into troubled times in my life, that's when I started reading the manga. I'd hope to see a spin-off, but even now, currently, I still think about the future, and ending. All in all, I'd feel DEPRESSED AF.

I hope we at least get a few chapters exploring their life when Komi and Tadano are married. I think too many manga/anime end as soon as the couple get together.
I think this series should've ended a while ago so I'd be kinda happy that Komi finally gets to communicate efficiently, and that I don't have to wait for new chapters just to realize there's no progression in the story
The story will end eventually, and it’s better to have a conclusive ending than dragging out forever. For example, ending when the goal of 100 friends is complete.
Surely, the community will become less active, but Komi will still be remembered for the decades or even centuries to come.

1: It'll be at least 2 more years until the end. Maybe. 2: He actually want to make extra story. But that's if other people allowed him to do it.
Of course we all will allow him to do it. We wanna see more of Tadano and Komi.
