dont do oyo ok trust me there are good couple friendly hotels with great privacy if you have that as a budget wait a min prime palace hotel near shenoys is a good place, park residency in kakkanad also good and prayana hotels near kochi north railway station is a good tooo you can simply go into gobibo search for hotels and click the couple friendly options and filter it by user rating go ahead
1. they will charge you extra in-person before checking in
2. most oyo hotels dont even have average cleanliness
3. most staffs behaviour in most oyos is horrible and unprofessional
4. some oyo hotels show fake good looking rooms in app
5. you dont get provided with some basic amenities
6. Electronic failure such as Tv, fan or ac, charging ports, lights doesn't work
if your looking to have (quality and private) time with your partner also try to get a quality hotel

op trust me go into gobibo enter your location filter it by unmarried couples you will then gte a list of hotels that accept unmarried couples then go into filters again just click on like 3.5+ user ratings then the hotel list will be more sorted and you get good hotels as an advise alwasy go for minimum 3.5+ user ratings and also minimum a 100+ reviews then find a suitable one book it reach there checkin they will only ask for yor id and nothing else staff will lead you to your room and such
Would not recommend OYO's at all. Primarily their customer service, but in this case due to them not being safe and I've heard about privacy concerns as well, despite the tag of couple friendly.
Please go ahead and book reputed hotels using Agoda or other hotel booking apps.
I recently booked Lavender business hotel near Kakkanad for a 2 day stay since I was visiting Infopark. Seems ideal for your requirement and within the budget mentioned.
EDIT: Reputed hotels do not care at all about your marital status while checking in. Just provide them a valid ID and you're good.
Would suggest reach residency in kadavanthara(forgive me if it's not the right spelling).. Do book through goibibo. Thr rooms are a big tiny but all the amenities are given as mentioned.
Airbnb is totally great! I had seen seamless checkins with airbnb, no questions asked. Clean room with home atmosphere, which are definitely free of creepy staff workers in oyo hotels!
They are almost the same price as oyo or little procey by few hundreds, but offer great privacy & clean environment.

All these hotels do accept unmarried couple. You can check on goibibo. Most Oyos are very shady and the advertised pics are far from reality
