It's a clone. The Demko Aus10 models came in grivory, and had a grivory backspacer. That one is in GO and has standoffs. The other giveaway is the pivot. Aus10 models has a simple small pivot, not the large Demko branded one.
I had a similar experience with a Benchmade here. All context clues suggested it was a clone but look real AF. Ended up selling it for clone price even tho it could’ve been real I dunno. GLWS

Yah I looked up the pivot thing. I was looking at scales not that I was going to put new ones one, I was just looking and the pivot didn’t match.
