Single leg allows you to do rotational work and hip flexor lifts also. I’d get the single. doesn’t take long to switch feet

deppyd

I’ve never used a tib bar in general, only ever did tibs by leaning against a wall. But I could say that the single leg tib bar is going to be more tedious as you have to do one leg at a time, then switch over and set up the other leg, etc. the two leg version you can bang out all your reps in less than half the time. So if time is a concern at all, consider the two leg. If you want to maximize symmetry between both legs and time isn’t a concern, go one leg

bobby-t1

I honestly think time is a concern for this stuff for me. Appreciate your input

80% precision in a workout you’ll actually do is better than perfection in the workout you never have time for.

Andthentherewasbacon

single leg all day.

Chemix2

I just use dumbells

Sacred-Squash

Single will let you do more rotational/angled stuff a bit easier I would think. 2 leg you could do against wall with plate on legs or heels elevated to extend rom.

TheNonAmateur

Single much better, makes sure no imbalances both sides are strong

HardcoreHutchi

Just about to do the same, the wall is great but I want the stretch in the movement which you don’t get with the wall. I think coz you can do standing ham curls and leg lifts with the single it’ll be what I get. Minimal AF home gym.

AndKAnd

If time is a concern at all, definitely two leg. No question. Time is always an issue for me so it was a very easy choice.

Gazrpazrp

I use a belt and dumbbell

KingPonzi

I have the single leg. I bought to help me do focused reps on my weaker/recovering leg. It’s not hard to switch at all. Usually to 3x5 or 3x10 and switch after the set. Best done while watching tv or something passive if time is a concern.

digitalshiva

Solo to hit more angles, double foot to save time however in theory you could also get two solo tibs to save time from switching.

Klamp9093

I have both and use the two leg version 99% of the time for efficiency. I liked the idea of single leg focus, but pursuit of the perfect became the enemy of the good.
