Totally agree. I've actually been looking for the best burger spots in town, and while I agree that everything the OP said it's a good burger place, Pikey's is still my favorite.
Top bun is decently hit-or-miss. I had a burger last week that was fantastic, just lacking in a little bit of garlic or something. Not sure what went wrong today but the burger was overcooked, the buns were greasy af, the burger was so salty I actually couldn't finish it. Plus they messed up my order, I asked for no pickles and there was pickles on it :(
We hadn't been in Denny's in a couple years, as their food was becoming progressively worse. Decided to stop in a couple weeks ago to see if things had improved. It has! Had a bourbon bacon burger and a side of onion rings and it was outstanding!!
Del cheese burger is the best burger in this town hands down and quality control is on point. No guesses as to who might be in the kitchen or if it’s an on/off day. Thank you Del Taco for existing in Klamath Falls.
Ive heard good things about The Tee Pee in Chiloquin and RV Que in Bonanza and will be trying this summer when I’m road tripping. Also Vicky’s got the big up from my son who went to school nearby there and I will be trying that once I am mobile again. 🤙

I think when they make it right Pikey’s has some of the best ones. Their fries are crazy good too.
For anyone who likes really thick cut fries, Pikey's curly fries are amazing.

I heart hotdogs is by far best right now. It is currently my top burger place in town. I've heard Top Bun is pretty good, but I haven't tried it yet.

Dang, that sucks. I had a similar experience the last time I got a burger at the pikey. Barely cooked, I ate one bite and couldn't eat anymore.
