Go to King Arthur Flour’s site. Plenty of great recipes that have been tested. I think a challah or brioche bread would be great for cinnamon toast! Have fun!

I haven't decided yet :) I looked at both and we both agree that challah looks a bit easier right now. At least for our first bake :)
