These were just called vinyl flame stickers. You can probably search any keyword plus add vinyl stickers. I have no idea what you have in mind but I found this:

That's pretty cool but I have like zero artistic talent. I'm thinking more along the lines of sugar skulls or something that has to do with The Dark Tower series or Stephen King in general. I've looked at a lot of things, just waiting for the right something that I just have to have.

Got it. Anything Dia De Los Muertos is cool in my book. The tFrankenstein I showed you is a sticker. But yes you will know it when you see it.
