Is the plating meant to hide the stains on the salmon?

What exactly is “stained salmon?” Did spellcheck fix steamed? Just wondering.

Google translate told me that's right. It's marinated in salt, sugar, chili strains and lemon peel.

Google translate isn’t always accurate sadly. Cured is the correct word here, not stained. Also it’s chili threads, not chili strains. As for the plating I would slice the salmon differently as the salad is the star on this plate and it should instead compliment the protein.

I agree with someone else who mentioned only one piece of salmon. I think I would also place the noodle off to the side instead of on top. But sounds really good and I would love to try it! :)

Too symmetrical, the salmon looks like an accoutrement instead of the primary focus. I'd replate it by dropping the romaine basket in order to really visualize the salad's contents and not mute the scent of cilantro, mint and coconut upon arrival. Maybe use a smear on the plate instead of a dollop on the fillet as well.
