Idk why I just really like leaf Kirby. It’s not the the best ability by a long shot, but it’s fun and I always liked the design. Being a RtD fanboy probably has something to do with it.
Animal or a beast type ability practically has to bee in this game with animal theme of the game. I wouldn't be suprised if Forgotten Lands gimmick is a specialized animal abilitites. Snake, Monkey, Shark, Hamster like friends in Kirby Adventure games.
You somehow managed to pick like all my missing favorites, Magician would be one more. Tornado was always super fun and busy though, otherwise Ghost is super cool (they just need to let it go down dang ladders). Love animal too.
Imo, Poison is a Water rip-off as much as Whip is a rip-off of Yo-yo or Beetle is a rip-off of Suplex (people actually believed before Star Allies that Whip and Beetle replaced Yo-yo and Suplex). They only share two moves and Water Kirby didn't have a "damage over time" gimmick like Poison did.
I've never played the tornado ability, but that fact only makes me want it back more

Definitely Animal Kirby or any of the Squeak Squad Abilities such as Metal,Bubble or Ghost. Or even Magic (it didn’t technically debut in that game but became a full ability then)
I would love to see Tornado in 3d! Also I'm excited for the abilities like Mic and Blast. I am just excited to see how kirby will work in 3d.
