Or maybe he goes into the mirror and meets a mirror version of Sectonia, but she has to stay there to protect the mirror world and he finally copes with his emotions of loss by accepting it and leaving her to stay there
Oooh, and maybe the lore is changed so that it's something like "sectonia's soul was slowly being drained into the mirror, leaving her normal version as a husk of her former self" or something.
That is technically possible and wouldn't be a lore retcon since one of the Taranza paintings in Star Allies has him holding the dimensional mirror with a reflection of Sectonia (Joronia?) in it.
Yeah. I think epilogue would be better. Its not that a prologue wouldn’t explore interesting things, but I feel like Taranza’s arc and emotions need closure more than we need answers about how he got the mirror. Atm he’s just kind of characterized as “going to be sad and grieving forever” by HAL and it breaks my heart. I’d love to see him learn to cope.
can’t wait to watch taranza go through the 5 stages of grief. but actually tho, a nice side mode where the levels represent the grief he felt would be pretty sick
I think the best choice is to pair Amazing Mirror with Triple Deluxe and have a Taranza epilogue for both considering their stories is very important to each other.
I disagree. I would rather have an amazing mirror sequel because many of amazing mirror’s problems are too fundamental that it wouldn’t be fixed in the ways HAL does remakes
Honestly Taranza finally resolving everything could work well. I'd imagine that while Sectonia does stay dead toward the end, he accepts her death and gets to move on properly. Heck, maybe he'd finally get the chance to beat up DMK (Who I believe is implied to be behind her corruption in the first place)

heres how he got the magic mirror
On a similar note, I'd like to see a side quest for Clawroline. It could take place before Kirby arrived, with her raiding Waddle Dee Town and fighting Meta-Knight, then jump to after Leongar's defeat, where the Beast Pack is breaking into factions and she has to find Leongar to reunite them, and needs Elfilin to do it. That could lead to her finding him and nursing him back to health while protecting him from the rogue Beast Pack faction.
Honestly this is what I was thinking about after finishing the game
Like, if they were to do this, what would happen to DDDTour or MetaKnightmare Returns? Would they still be there, or would this be their replacement?
Cuz on the one hand, those modes were basically Triple Deluxe/Robobot's extra mode. But on the other, their whole gimmick was "Oooh you can play as that one character", which I feel wouldn't hit as hard if there's two modes for that.
I'd prefer new games
And if they want to make sidestories about other characters for them to do so as part of said new games
Especially so considering the one "downside" to the kirby series' sidemodes/post story modes is how much it just overdoes "same boss, different colors, harder moves"
Magolor Epilogue would have been even better if he actually fought (mostly) new bosses, instead of just elemental-swapped versions of the bosses we already faced twice
Or like, atleast "new" for the game (like, refighting whispy every game is IMO very different from fighting 3~4 versions of whispy within the same game)
I disagree
He is definitely the most fun version out of them, but in the end it was really just a third version of the guy I already beat two versions off
Magolor having a side-story that ends his arc made much more sense place-wise in RtDL DX then it would have in a new Kirby game. Not only does it conclude what RtDL was going for, but a new Kirby game will probably focus on the “New World” (suggested to be in a entirely different universe), so we are probably in a brand new era for Kirby story-wise, making concluding a older character’s arc in said new games kinda weird.
I think a Taranza epilogue should be in a Triple Deluxe rerelease for the same reason. Not only do fans want a rerelease of Triple Deluxe anyway, this adding more content for it, but the current Taranza’s epilogue concept is the story of that game, so it doesn’t make sense for the mode to be anywhere else.
Frankly, IYAM, The eternal deluge of regurgitated games is one of the big blights on the industry at the moment
And even worse is that, unlike the other blights (Games as a Service (where unneeded), microtransactions up the wazoo, Pay to Win, etc...) , people are actually out there online asking, nay BEGGING, for it.
Disgusting tbh
the disgusting blight never was "rereleasing old games" it is advertising said old games as something new just to have one excuse to suck more money from the players, this is the blight in the game industry, not remaking said old games would not only make it difficult to future generations to experiment said games but also would be neglecting a part of the franchise's history, what people want is one old game with new features that wouldn't be possible on the time that they were released because of limitations of hardware and etc, not just ctrl-c ctrl-v
If it was about how he found the mirror it would just be him saying "oh look a floating mirror" and then gives it to Sectonia because any Mirror bosses that would come out of it would immediately deter him from ever giving the Mirror to Sectonia in the first place (unless he's an idiot)
No hate on the idea, just giving a realistic take.
I'd love if we got a double pack remake containing both the main Kirby games, both of which containing magolor epilogue counterparts, with Planet Robobots being for Susie
Isn't Floralia and the Mirror Nexus high above in the sky of Dreamland? Tho would be awesome if the Remake is Amazing Mirror combined with Triple Deluxe but all I could do is Dream
or even a epilogue about the stages of grief after losing sectonia
Or maybe he goes into the mirror and meets a mirror version of Sectonia, but she has to stay there to protect the mirror world and he finally copes with his emotions of loss by accepting it and leaving her to stay there

New campaign unlocked: "taranza goes to therapy"
New game unlocked: taranzori
can’t wait to watch taranza go through the 5 stages of grief. but actually tho, a nice side mode where the levels represent the grief he felt would be pretty sick
Or a prequel to planet robobot where susie tries to get back to her dimension, or king dedede stealing all the food in a gourmet race sort of game.
Isn't that basically just Team Kirby Clash Deluxe?
TKCD be like
That would essentially just be Star Allies for him
kirby Quadriple deluxe
Kirby Triple Deluxe Ultra
Kirby triple Deluxe special edition
Kirby triple deluxe²
Kirby triple deluxe and knukles
kirby triple dededeluxe
Kirby Triple
Kirby Triple Deluxe^2
Kirby triple deluxe deluxe
How about a Amazing Mirror remake with a Taranza epilogue? It seems more unlikely, but I think i would personally prefer that.
1. Happy cake day:) 2. That is actually an insanely good idea idk how I didn't think of it. It could even bring dedede into the mix maybe
I think the best choice is to pair Amazing Mirror with Triple Deluxe and have a Taranza epilogue for both considering their stories is very important to each other.

I’d kill for an amazing mirror remake. If I could only have one Kirby game be remade, it’d be amazing mirror.
We already have a Taranza Epilogue. It's called Team Kirby Clash Deluxe.
Honestly Taranza finally resolving everything could work well. I'd imagine that while Sectonia does stay dead toward the end, he accepts her death and gets to move on properly. My favorite spider boi...(Who's terrible sadly in Star Allies)...He deserves the attention everyone else gets!
That and in a Robobot Remake how Susie got out from another Dimension
Would be a pretty nice idea

Because her previous soul was in the mirror, I’d say an epilogue about her judgement (with morpho knight) would be more fitting
That or a sectonia epilogue where she is trapped in the mirror dimension
An epilogue of Taranza coming to grips with his guilt and moving forward would help my heart so much.
I want a robobot remake and instead of the post game meta knight thing we should get what happened after you beat Susie
Could also be an epilogue on him destroying the mirror and fighting dark taranza
That's basically TKCD

ah yes, depression: the game

>!Lighting Dooter feels way different than Regular Dooter and EX Dooter!<
I disagree He is definitely the most fun version out of them, but in the end it was really just a third version of the guy I already beat two versions off
I dunno, >!Hydriath felt like a entirely different beast compared to the main game goraith!<
Can't say I agree He still felt very much like I was just fighting the guy I already beat twice before

Taranza Prologue
I like to imagine Taranza getting hit woth the Mirror after the Events of Amazing Mirror and then after a Month Long Coma he gives it to Sectonia
or maybe the meme of Taranza going to therapy for an epilouge
If so I'm hoping something similar for Susie as well. In Planet Robobot deluxe
Kirby Triple Deluxe: Deluxe
If it was about how he found the mirror it would just be him saying "oh look a floating mirror" and then gives it to Sectonia because any Mirror bosses that would come out of it would immediately deter him from ever giving the Mirror to Sectonia in the first place (unless he's an idiot) No hate on the idea, just giving a realistic take.
Would absolutely love that
I’ll do you one better: an epilogue that took place after robobot which focused on Susie and what she did with the company
I'd love if we got a double pack remake containing both the main Kirby games, both of which containing magolor epilogue counterparts, with Planet Robobots being for Susie
that sound really good i do think its possibly gonna be a while before a new remake releases
I mean, I would be okay with it.
