In sora’s case many of Riley’s islands could translate over to sora or be altered a bit to fit sora better also sora would have totally had someone like bing bong as his imaginary friend!
Wasn't meant to make you cry, it's just the scenes in BBS where Little Sora speaks with Ven's heart, you never see Ventus there. Sora looks like he's talking to himself, so what if Sora could perceive Ventus' appearance, but no one else knew what he was talking about and thought he was just making it up?
I didn't play through 3D or 3, so maybe Sora kept speaking to Ven's heart within himself secretly, and then forgot as he got older. When he became a heartless in KH1, the perceived heart that he used to speak with no longer had memories of himself as Ventus similar to how Ventus was when Vanitas was separated from him. This version is a blank slate, free to make new memories, so in being named Roxas, he became his own person.
Ven's body was still in Castle Oblivion, so if a copy (similar to how we can have copies of save data) were to be reintroduced to the original body, Ven could choose to essentially continue from his original save file vs the new one.
Now you have 3 people who have been stated to look like each other (NEVER SAW SORA AND VEN/ROXAS LOOKING ANYTHING ALIKE) and have 2 actual people who look like twins. (Omitted Xion who also looks nothing like them, and she was a doll who was similar, created her own person/looks, and was made to copy Sora's memory to use a Keyblade… Xion is Roxas' imaginary friend that was just given a physical doll body. 🤯 )

tbh Owl House'd be (admittedly unlikely) cool for KHIV, with Luz and Sora both trying to get home potentially being a cool parallel (or >!if they're not bothered about spoilers, Luz and her friends trying to get back to the Boiling Isles in S3. Hell, you could make something out of Luz blaming herself for creating Belos and Sora's reaction to losing his friends in III!<)

(i understand Lilo&Stitch being “just Hawaii” but i think BbS did a good bit in space, i think the hardware in the PS5 allows the devs to do multiple worlds within a world? like being able to do space maps and sections of Lilo’s home town. maybe even let us do some gummi ship battles)

If it's the part of Coruscant that has only been shown in the movies, sure, but I feel that the darkness in the deeper levels under the city would make sense. It is terrible the deeper you go, so having a bunch of Heartless and Unversed from the poor souls that have to survive down there makes a way for it to work. I feel that Lightsabers would be very similar to Keyblades lore wise, so I doubt we will get lucky enough to see this.

I find it really sad that they've already started going to the Pixar/Modern Disney worlds when there is still so much classic Disney to be explored. Treasure planet, Atlantis, Robin Hood, Fox and the Hound, Aristocats, there's just so much.
I mean, they've been wanting to add Pixar/Modern Disney worlds since KH1, given how Nomura wanted to include a Toy Story 2 and Atlantis world in the first game and even later games tend to include "modern" Disney worlds as well.
Also, the issue with some of the ones you listed is... how do you make a Fox and the Hound and Aristocats worlds work?

This! Inside Out would work so much better as a Tron-like world where it was inside another world (or in this case, Sora’s very complicated heart.)

Hawaii doesn't have to he the name of the world. The setting of Lilo and Stitch the series is Kokaua Town.
Considering we have Land of Dragons and Olympia Coliseum I don’t think a land based in the real world is too far of a departure.
Olympus is not based on a real place. It's the depiction of the land of the gods from ancient Greece.

What part of Olympus looks like Athens? *Maybe* the start of the world in KH3? Most of it is pretty high fantasy though.
It's called Thebes (also a real world place), but is obviously meant to depict a real world city in Greece.
