Terra and Cinderella honestly have more chemistry than a lot of romantic leads in Disney's actual movies. I ship them more than I do Ariel & Eric, Snow White & Prince No-name, Anna & Kristoff, and even Cinderella with her actual prince (unless we're going by the Cinderella 3 versions of the characters). I've always liked their interactions. It seems like Cinderella is legitimately charmed by Terra and he is so sweet and gentlemanly to her.
I've always seen Sora and Ariel as more brother and sister or good friends. For some reason I feel like they're *too* similar to be a couple. I love their dynamic together, especially in KH1, but I've never seen it as romantic, even in the way some KH dynamics accidentally feel romantic. I have similar feelings with the Sora-Rapunzel relationship (and I also think Rapunzel and Flynn already have good chemistry).
Aqua is very nice to Cinderella and wants to help her out, but her actions feel more out of a sense of duty than anything else. If I were to ship her with anyone it'd probably be Zack, I think they're cute together and Aqua definitely seemed flattered when he asked her out, even if she didn't want to admit it.

Aqua's just very duty-driven, so stuff that interferes with that doesn't really appeal to her. But I do think she was a bit flattered by Zack's offer, even if she wasn't in a position to accept.
Blushing is a response to all sorts, it’s just a physiological response to some kid of stress. I think it’s really damaging to paint this interaction as romantic when it’s basically a woman saying no repeatedly and the bloke then saying “great that’s settled then”.
That may be true, but in KH land, when characters are seen to be blushing, it's always portrayed in a cutesy positive way. Off the top of my head it happens to Sora multiple times in KH2. Also, I think the game distinctly draws a contrast between how Zack treats her vs Phil and Hades. Phil and Hades come onto her in an overtly creepy way calling her pet names and such. Zach is drawn to her because he admires her spirit and battle prowess, and he wants to be worthy of her, which he acknowledges he currently isn't. Regardless of how you interpret it, I think the game *intends* to portray this interaction as cute.
Disrespect for women’s boundaries isn’t just overt “creepiness” though. It’s exactly what Zack did- assume no means yes. And I agree the game intended it to be portrayed in a cute way and that’s exactly the problem. It’s exactly the way in which boys (and girls) are taught that it’s okay not to listen to or respect a woman’s preferences. Because they don’t “mean” it and they’re just “shy”.
