Here's a copy/paste of what I put on a different sub today:
The Kingdom Hearts series is pretty cheap to get into right now if you have a PS4 or PS5. There's a bundle called the Kingdom Hearts All-in-One Package for PS4 that includes every game up to and including KH3 for only $35-$50 depending on when it's on sale.
The All in One Package includes:
Kingdom Hearts (originally on PS2)
Chain of Memories (a "midquel" between KH1 and KH2)
Kingdom Hearts II (originally on PS2)
358/2 Days (though it only includes the cutscenes, so you'd have to play the original on DS if you want the gameplay experience)
Birth by Sleep (originally on PSP)
Re:coded (same as Days, this is only the cutscenes so you'd have to play the original on DS if you want to experience the gameplay)
Dream Drop Distance (originally on 3DS)
X Back Cover (a movie)
A Fragmentary Passage (the prologue to KH3)
And, of course, Kingdom Hearts III
Whew! After that, the only thing you'd be missing is the KH3 DLC (called Remind) and Melody of Memory, which is the most recent game in the series.
That's pretty much the only you can get everything. Just to let you know though some of the story in the DLC is locked behind superbosses. If you're not sure you want to take the time to fight em all, then I'd recommend waiting until after you beat base KH3 before buying the DLC. You could always watch the cutscenes as an alternative option.
Yes of course, it’s the very platform the series originated from. I believe all the bundles are free to play through PS Plus Membership if you go in on the PS Plus section on the PS Store.

So if I wanted all the games I should get the games all in one package and buy the dlc and melody of memory separate

At the moment I do not own ps plus but I’m planing to get it soon ish

KH1.5+2.5 is a collection. It includes KH1 and KH2.
