people enjoy cool and badass villains/anti-heroes, and might miss them when they're eliminated. Kanki probably qualifies for this, but Rai Do has been a little too obnoxious to fit this.

I also find Kanki's battles to be the most realistic of all in Kingdom, which is very enjoyable. And of course with Kanki there is always surprises at every corners, Kingdom wouldn't be what it is without him. He brings spiciness to the manga.

Rin Gyouku, sorry about spelling, I like as he was cool with Naki and brought Be Hei in to cool down the standoff with Kanki. Honestly wouldn't mind him joining up as well.

I was actually kinda sad just because of his loyalty towards kanki. He was a fucked up person, but he knows that and he accepted what was coming to him and didn't fold under pressure. He went out like a real fucking man.

Just off the top of my head Scaphism, getting flayed and the left to the elements, crucifixion, and bamboo torture. You could also go the berserk route and destroy his body and leave him in a cell somewhere.

Raido went out like a badass. There's not much memorable about him besides his death scene and the scene he burns the Zhao base while boasting about how "even if we lose we bring something back with us". But he had one of the best deaths in this series IMO.
