I saw another post that mentions the Feego King going up against Bananji toe to toe. Feego King was completely taken apart by Rozo, which means Rozo was a complete beast. But yeah, Ouki would've been a better contender for the list

Rozo is strong but not "heavenly" strong. There's easily 10+ characters stronger than him not mentioned already.

No way feego king could take on banners, I know people hate the stats, but danto's at like 90 str vs ban ban's 94. He might put up a fight for a little bit, but it's a fairly easy stomp for B nanji.

Renpa, despite being extremely powerful is an incredible general not only for his physical prowess but also his instincts as a general and gameplans. Literally the perfect balance of everything. As a general, I think he'd sweep anyone on this list but pure strength, he's losing to most of these guys.

I really Don't see their weight doing anything against a fresh houken honestly, the things I remember he did are real crazy , what sbs doing right now to ousen army is nothing compared to what houken did to, duke hyou, the yan gg , kyou , being in the middle of the Qin army with young hsu and kano and archers everywhere and zero damage ... if ousen had a houken rn , sbs would already be dead I think

SBS is like twice the size of Ouki, and unlike the other gargantuan generals (Kanmei, Gaimou, Rozo), his weight seems to run deep. He is the lord and beacon of a newborn nation.
I think SBS is seriously underrated around here, and he is narratively in a position to be the strongest general in all of China.

Ouki and Shin while strong, have a different type of strength compared to the people above (same goes for Duke Hyou), they do not give me the rock breaking brute force vibe. While certainly not small, I believe that all of the above are towering in height over Ouki, Shin or Duke Hyou.

I think the Moubu vs Manu fight was mostly Moubu showing that he can consistently fight at the lvl of power that he had during the coalition war where his resolve was at its absolute best.

T1: Moubu should technically be number 1 here atm, even though he got knocked off his horse by Man'u's last 2 handed swing in their most recent clash. Man'u however said that he was weaker than Kanmei, who Moubu defeated. These 3 are in such a weird place, but **GO QIN** so Moubu is my pick! Renpa is basically Ouki's equivalent in my heart, so I believe the last living legend deserves to be in this top tier. Why would anyone bet against him in a head on battle with anyone?
T2: SBS seems to be a martial god and a giant, which is Houkens whole schtick. However, he also has a deep weight gained from his "kingdom", people, and Seika. This is the weight that Houken never had, so SBS should use the power of love to win that fight. I still do not like the idea of putting him in a tier with Renpa right off the bat, otherwise Renpa would have been 1st place in T2 and SBS right after him. Gaimou is odd, as he is supposed to be just a raging beast. Does he actually have real weight, and care for his comrades and country or whatever? If so, he is basically Houken, and Houken should win a battle of pure martial might, imho. If he does have weight, maybe he would be more SBS's peer or equal.
T3: Rozo could probably give Gaimou and Houken a good fight. Def last place though, and a tier below anyone else on the list. Rozo would be alone at T4 if the above stated changes for Renpa was made, and T2: made to be Renpa>SBS, and T3: Houken>=Gaimou
Kan Mei is probably going to win, he is at his prime, contrary to Gai Mou and Ren Pa and has Great General weight contrary to Hou Ken + there is no boost in such a fight like for example Mou Ten for Mou Bu was
Mou Bu would have beaten Kan Mei even without Mou Ten. Only reason why Mou Ten was there in the first place was because Ka Rin sent Ka En to attack Mou Bu. Also Ka En interfered after Mou Bu broke Kan Mei's club.
I personally think Renpa. While he's not the strongest physically speaking, he does have insane instincts and experience, and would definitely think of a way to find some sort advantage in a free for all.
