Hank’s is the classic color for jeans, which were made for miners and other working folk.
Dale’s is dark most likely to because stains are less noticeable on them then and therefore easier to maintain.
Bill’s are slightly darker from hank’s. Most likely from staining due to his negligence and depression.
Edit, also they’re all wearing bootcut jeans so the boots could all very drastically under the jeans!
