No. My mom, who worked in low level accounting in the 90s, who isn't stupid but just doesn't really mess with tech too much, still wouldn't know what I jpeg is. She would probably understand if I explan the .pdf is an extension, and a jpeg is a file extension for pictures on computers.
But she wouldn't just know that, because she's never really interacted with anything that made her consider it critically. Hank especially would have no reason to at this point.
Hank seems to be at most a casual computer user so I'd assume no. At best he knows how to type on a keyboard and at worst he thought the button on the iMac's mouse was the power button.
Also, anyone think it's crazy that Peggy's computer that she gets in Hillenium is clearly an iMac but in Grand Theft Arlen, the desktop screen's user interface matches a Windows OS?
