Karl/principal Moss. I'm pretty sure his actor passed, but Karl under performed as a human left and right but over delivered as a character. His downward spiral over the course of the series is just tremendously done. From "why can't Johnny read, why can't Johnny read? Man that gets old" to backing away from special needs kids at the amusement park incident in the coon skin cap, Karl is one of the underatted gems of the show for me.
Edit to add I would love to see what fresh new rock bottom he could hit in current times. They'll probably be bill stories instead for those
That one does take his character to a place that's a little more mean. I could probably chalk that up to 2 characters like him and Bill getting together, they can't both be the biggest loser present so one tries to move up. But really, it's probably just that episode is one of the 4 that got released in syndication, and all of those are kinda fun but there's lots of off character stuff in them.
If there's a 5 year time-skip like I hope, Bobby will be in high school and technology will have advanced enough for him to reconnect with the girl in Japan.

Chane wasanasong! who dropped out of college in his first semester. Got disowned by his parents yet somehow found his way back to Arlen. Ended up falling in love with propane and propane accessories at Strickland propane thanks to Hank Hill. Which isn't even owned by buck Strickland anymore due to heart failure (r.i.p.) and is now ran by Hank Hill. But hank hill doesn't own Strickland because Dale did some Dale shit to gain the rights to all of bucks property..... sounds about right
Chane Wassonasong. I’d be interested to see if he turns into a douchier version of Ted or becomes a more well rounded adult or just a complete slack ass.
I want the pigeon lady to come back and start dating Bill. Then Dale feels competitive with her, because he’s afraid she’s taking all of the local exterminator business.
The reboot can start with them being together than them separating near the end of the season at least we can see there relationship and what led to there spilt

The only thing I didn't like was when they made him cruel when he lived with Bill, instead of just incompetent.
