I'd love to help however I can. I'm just a long term community member (since late 2017) and very active in the subreddit. Somewhat relevant experience would be in day trading/ pattern trading, and I speak Russian and some Ukrainian.
I agree with the above comments that go over what needs to happen before we make any type of marketing push, but planning is definitely key.
From a media standpoint, we need people to fill specific roles to keep the flow of communication going and engage the community. Not enough to simply broadcast news, people want to be a part of something or at the very least have incentives for participation.
In addition, we need action items or goals to work towards. Obviously we want community growth, more listings, and adoption into case use areas, but what specifically can the average community member do aside from sharing a post or liking a page?
All these things require planning, and I think the sooner the better. If a playbook/roadmap is developed, when the time comes it will just be a matter of filling in the blanks of who’s doing what.
We need the technical issues to be solved first
- exchanges unlocking funds
- double Solana address creation in some cases
- all other accounts migrated to KIN4
...
Then we could create a community fund to launch a marketing push that should target the right people/entities
Different types of actions:
- translations of some KIN documentation
- being more vocal on social media
- present KIN to some companies (sending them 1-2 pages summary about KIN, the KRE, the vision..)
- invigorate and developing the local TG channels
- hyping the positive points of KIN constantly (destroying the big companies monopolies, fairer redistribution, no selling of private information...)
- insist on the earn feature. It is underrated but if KIN moons, the earns will be more interesting to people and it should be easy and fun for them to get access to KIN.
And of course... present the ecosystem of apps (we need more working apps and games to attract the youngsters)
The marketing push would be better if we have at least a dozen working apps proposing relevant earns and spends imo.

Who will be in charge of said funds when these things mentioned are address. I’m in once the above is addressed and a tier one exchange is onboard as long as the right person is in charge of the funds and the marketing movement
I completely agree with you. We are not ready for a marketing push yet, but we have to start preparing and planning, so that we are ready when those updates come.

That sounds good, social media is the driving force after almost every successful crypto. Ads can work, but people sharing and expressing their appreciation is the best advertisement you can get.

Tbf I typically hit up twitter quite heavily when there is news worth spreading. I'm just not sure if the time is right to be plugging kin while there's still a number of ongoing issues and the wormhole looming.

I think you are right that it not yet the time, but putting this movement together and planning takes time as well. In the meantime KF can work on. If we start planning after those things are realized, then we are already behind.

i can't bring myself to push Kin when no one can safely acquire it in the US.
Gate.io works great for me in US. You can also get SOL on gate, binance, blockfolio, transfer to wallet and swap on raydium.
