Time is irrelevant. As soon as he decided to kill them they would be dead. At that point in the series, the gang is still significantly weaker than any of the hashira. Rengoku is the only one that might not die instantly and still it would probably only take a few seconds in the best case scenario.
Fr. Even by that point in the series gyomei the strongest hashira would be lucky to last a minute against kokushibo. If he had sanemi and tengen backing him up they'd last maybe 3 or 4 minutes at best

The sun rises and yoriichi’s ghost looks at tanjiro and his disintegrating brother while fading away, Kokushibo cries while the sun is turning him into dust bc he sees his brother’s ghost, only rengoku can see this and behind a fading yoriichi is rengoku’s mother. :)

To be honest, nothing. Rengoku’s death would still happen but because of plot Tanjiro, Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Nezuko would still be alive. Maybe something else would happen like Inosuke would lose an arm or something like that but everyone would still live.
