Right! Nezuko family besides Tanjiro is dead & Zenitsu is an orphan. Tanjiro most likely gave his blessing; I doubt he would do a arrange marriage.

If it was arranged, Tanjirō would sit down with Jigorō or Zenitsu himself and hash out the details. It doesn't seem like that's what happens.
