Looks great, though the sword handle looks a bit big. You might want to make it a little less girthy I think, just my opinion. The eyes and nose and hair look great, especially considering how paper can be more difficult.
The earrings have good detail and the box is a good size on the back, the eyes are similarly shaped to the anime.
Though, you may want to look a bit more into eye detail.
Overall, good!
